Alpha Kappa Psi's legacy dates back to 1904. Since then, our fraternity has developed principled business leaders and a network that spans from San Francisco to Singapore. Our brothers are diverse in their backgrounds, interests, and ambitions, but are brought together through our lifelong brotherhood.

The Beta Gamma chapter is proud to be a part of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Our Brothers have the advantage of a mentorship system that begins in pledgeship and continues as they become alumni. We welcome you to join our Brotherhood, and be a part of our legacy.

Michael Golodner

President | Alpha Kappa Psi, Beta Gamma

Alpha Kappa Psi gives brothers the unique opportunity to form genuine friendships with like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds. Being around caring, motivated people further develops brothers academically and socially.

These relationships do not end when brothers leave Indiana University for the business world, they extend for life. Alumni always jump at their next chance to come back to Bloomington for another football game or to watch bike races at Little 500 with new and existing brothers. With these continued relationships, our network of brothers extends internationally.

Alpha Kappa Psi prides itself on offering an exclusive set of professional development opportunities for its members that cannot be found in the classroom. We bring in numerous alumni speakers from corporations all over the country to meet, teach, and network with our brothers.

We strive for excellence when developing members professionally and realize that the most effective learning opportunities come from hands-on experience. By hosting interactive workshops, members work on fundamentals such as resumes, interviewing, and career fair etiquette. Brothers have opportunities to work on soft skills through interactions with respected alumni as well as faculty at our annual Teacher's Excellence Awards.

Beta Gamma takes pride in giving back to the community in Bloomington, IN. Whether it is volunteering at a Halloween event with the local Boys and Girls Club, or building houses with Habitat for Humanity, our brothers find causes that inspire them.

We encourage our Brothers to work towards a cause they feel passionate about. As a chapter, we have done community service related events ranging from Indiana University’s Dance Marathon in the Fall, to our own Spring Gala dedicated to Habitat for Humanity.
